RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Due to the small size of our bookstore team, we are unable to process returns/exchanges/refunds through the mail or over the phone. We can only process returns and exchanges in person at our bookstore at 606 W Main St, Highland, KS 66035.
- You have 15 calendar days to return or exchange an item in person from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must have the original tags attached, must be unused, and in the same condition that your received it. Items that smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. Your item also needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at minus the shipping fee if purchased online.
- All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped in 1-2 business days. For weekend orders, please allow 2-3 business days.
